If anything provided the world an improved understanding of the importance of mental health, it was the pandemic. Isolation, panic, and uncertainty – we all felt it. PCSM aims to address and acknowledge these issues, providing value and validity to the reality of mental health problems tied to the pandemic, especially as it relates to students.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In this podcast, we partner with the Pierrefonds-Dollard Constituency Youth Council to discuss ways the COVID-19 pandemic impacts our feelings, social circles, online education, and ability to cope with the anxiety of isolation. We also discuss how these feelings are further evolving, given the continuously lifting restrictions and on-going vaccinations, giving us a new beam of hope for life post-pandemic.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
