Agenda
Members of PCSM will be presented the annual activity report, audited financial statements, and any proposed amendments to the general regulations. Members present at the meeting will vote on the amendments to the general regulations, have an opportunity to ask questions, elect members to the board of directors, elect an auditor for the coming year, and partake in discussion on any other item on the agenda.

Candidature for the Board of Directors
All people who are members of the organization are eligible, as long as they meet the criteria set forth by the law. All candidates must consent in writing to a security and credit check concerning them, and must divulge any potential conflicts of interest. The candidate must also demonstrate an ability to perform as an administrator and be open to developing any potential competencies that are needed in their function.

Members can submit their candidacy in writing to David Ronai, 16115 Boul. Gouin O., Sainte-Geneviève, H9H 1C7 or by email to info@pcsm-cpmh.org preferably before May 15.
